When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends are shipped Monday morning.

How much is shipping?

• Standard Shipping: $10 (WA 2–3 business days, other states 2–5 days)

• Express Shipping: $14 (WA 1–2 days, other states 1–3 days, usually 2)

• Free Shipping: Orders over $70

Do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment we ship within Australia only.

Can I return my order?
Yes. We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging. Return shipping is at customer cost.

How do I start a return?
Email returns@bogeyblokes.com with your order number and we’ll send you instructions.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?
No worries, mate. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@bogeyblokes.com within 7 days and we’ll sort it.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t swap items directly. If you need a different item, place a new order once your refund has been processed.

We’re proudly based in Perth, WA. All orders are packed and shipped from here.
